Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Project Management Specialist to join our GOLDesp Enable Core Team located in either Hazelwood, MO, Philadelphia, PA, or Mesa, AZ.
Boeing Global Services focuses on delivering critical services to ensure sustainable operations supporting our customers around the globe.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate & Experienced Project Management Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
This BGS project manager will collaborate with our core team, IT partners, customers, and leadership to develop project/program plans across functional areas to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion
The project manager will gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain enablement organization and be an integral part of helping to drive change across the business
The project manager will be responsible for coordinating ongoing projects, documenting lessons learned, and reinvigorating our change board process (CCB) within the group
The project manager will be expected to be proficient in developing and designing presentations for senior management level audiences; adept at effective communication & presentations; able and willing to travel as required to support a project
The candidate should be a self-starter who proactively identifies next steps / new opportunities and comes prepared with potential solutions / proposed project plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
1+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and failure analysis
Experience working with Boeing Supply Chain tools and processes
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and MS Project
Experience with government customers to deliver services and products
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Excellent collaboration skills
Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Familiarity with SAFe Agile Methodology
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Associate): $68,850.00 - $100,050.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $87,550.00 - $126,500.00
