We value high product quality, where our build environment, tests and CI/CD in combination with a DevSecOps mindset are critical to our successful shift from on-premises solutions to SaaS offerings in a cloud environment.
You will work together with a dedicated team of software developers where teamwork, helpfulness, and shared knowledge form the foundation of our work culture.
We strive to have strong and empowered teams that take full responsibility, enjoy autonomy, and are committed to high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
We believe you bring a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills both within and outside your team, and a genuine interest in technology and human relations. Experience with agile methodologies is highly valued. You are driven, committed, positive, and comfortable with continuous learning, growth, and having fun along the way.
