Boeing is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist to join our growing team in Gdańsk, Poland. This position will report into both the Global Mobility and Immigration Solutions teams in a matrixed structure and play a critical role in supporting both international assignments and employment-based immigration matters, with a strong focus on Poland and the broader European region.

Position Responsibilities:
Global Mobility (50%)
- Manage end-to-end international assignments, relocations, and group moves in line with Boeing’s policies and employee experience standards.
- Provide expert guidance on expatriate payroll, mobility tax, social security, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated mobility solutions.
- Lead or support global and regional mobility projects aimed at improving the assignment lifecycle.
- Manage and oversee mobility service vendors; ensure performance meets KPIs, SLAs, and employee expectations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for escalations, resolution of service issues, and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing review and enhancement of mobility policies, tools, and communications.
- Partner with HR and Talent teams to align mobility strategies with workforce planning and business needs.
Immigration (50%)
- Act as Boeing’s subject matter expert on Polish immigration law and support immigration cases across Europe.
- Independently manage employment-based immigration cases, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Advise business leaders, HR, and employees on immigration strategies aligned with program timelines and legal requirements.
- Support and oversee business travel screening processes, helping identify and mitigate immigration risk.
- Deliver internal training and guidance on immigration compliance to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business teams.
- Manage relationships with external immigration counsel; oversee service delivery and resolve escalations.
- Represent Boeing before Polish immigration authorities as needed; support audits, site visits, and government inquiries.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in immigration services, vendor performance, and internal processes.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Global Mobility, Tax, and Government Affairs to ensure consistent and compliant immigration support.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Gdansk, Poland.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth understanding of Polish and broader European immigration frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume immigration and mobility caseloads with precision and timeliness.
- Significant experience in global mobility operations, including relocation management, expatriate payroll, tax, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage projects across global geographies.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, monitoring service quality, and driving resolution of escalations.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across HR, Legal, and business functions.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global mobility and immigration, with demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Track record of driving process improvements in global mobility and/or immigration.
- Experience in delivering training or knowledge-sharing sessions to internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with audit support, regulatory inspections, and vendor governance frameworks.
- Ability to influence and navigate complex organizational structures.
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Poland. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
