Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer - Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (Associate, Experienced or Senior) to join our growing Data Analytics Engineering & Integration team in Gdansk, Poland.
Our team are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Experienced and Senior Full Stack Software Developer.
We are a product led analytics group within BDS transforming the way business is run using artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI&ML). We are a dynamic team of data scientists, data engineers, and software developers solving many challenges and puzzles of our rapidly evolving technical stack.
This team is tasked with transforming the way BDS data is sourced, managed, and utilized to unlock insights to drive business growth and optimization. The team supports data needs for internal stakeholders, across BDS business programs and functions, and is tasked with utilizing data to inform and improve the full lifecycle of BDS products. We are seeking full stack developers to design self-service analytics tools that put the power of insights directly into the hands of users, enabling them to make informed decisions faster than ever before. You’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, crafting innovative, high-performance applications that make data accessible, intuitive, and actionable.
Job Details:
Candidates are expected to work from our office in Gdansk for at least 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that enable users to perform self-service analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, UX designers, and product managers, to deliver robust analytics solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire stack, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Implement and maintain APIs and backend services that process and serve large volumes of data.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development and analytics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle, including CI/CD practices, testing, and deployment automation.
Work in a SAFe environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
English: C1 (fluent) - must be comfortable working and communicating in English on a daily basis in an international engineering environment; English is the primary language for all technical communication.
Existing rights to work in Poland.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate (Level 2)
3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experienced (Level 3)
5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Senior (Level 4)
7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Spring Boot).
Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
