The Information Digital Technology & Security organization is seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our global team, and among other opportunities, build, support, scale and sustain a high-visibility data and visual analytics application.
This position is an opportunity to work with colleagues globally to develop and expand the capabilities of a modern business intelligence engine and data analytics product to improve efficiency, automate business capabilities, and enable enhanced decision making for our customers and partners.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources into our data warehouse.
- Design and implement improvements and integrate new data sets into the data warehouse.
- Develop and operate ETL/ELT processes and maintain datamart’s for reporting and analytics.
- Build and maintain web frontends and visual analytics interfaces, that enable data-driven business processes, using platforms such as Cognos, Tableau and other frameworks.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions; functional analysis of user stories, working with requestors to fully understand and document requirements. Finding opportunities to automate or otherwise improve processes.
- Implement, test, and release solutions using configuration, scripting, and code; perform unit and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, support production troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Utilize enterprise standard ITSM and DevOps tools for requests, incidents, change management, etc., and development work within Scaled Agile Framework.
- Time flexibility is required as off-hours activity will be needed to operate amongst a globally dispersed team. Must be able to attend meetings across global time zones.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining full stack applications.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript.
- Strong data modeling and analysis skills (technical and business perspectives).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working on distributed/global teams and strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or related methodologies.
- Experience in data profiling, data warehousing, datamart design, and data governance practices.
- Strong skills creating intuitive data visualizations that drive business decisions using Visual Analytics/BI platforms (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) or web visualization frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with orchestration/ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, NiFi, Informatica).
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Poland.
