Program Staffing Specialist

Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Program Staffing Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.
As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.
Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of staffing plans and objectives, leading efforts to develop and deploy staffing plans and strategies.
- Provide ownership of executive staffing reviews and track performance to plan, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Develop advanced job practices, techniques, and standards, consulting and collaborating with program leadership to develop meeting purpose and content.
- Lead staffing initiatives across multiple functions and business units, ensuring schedule adherence.
- Assume overall responsibility for the design, development, and deployment of site-wide employee-related activities and initiatives, including leading training activities.
- Advises senior management on current and future trends in staffing processes.
- Consults with program management on staffing process improvements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Monitors company policies/procedures impacts to staffing, identifying risks and mitigation methods.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- Advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree).
- Typically, 15 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Proven experience in overseeing program staffing planning and strategy development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional staffing initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with program leadership.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management, including schedule management.
- Knowledge of staffing processes and compliance requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with sourcing methodologies and applicant down select techniques.
- Track record of providing strategic recommendations to senior management for process improvement and compliance.

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$128,000 - $157,000
