Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join our Customer Management - Aggregation Programs Team in our Everett, Washington site.
The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:
- Seeks out and collaborates with external suppliers to grow the Aggregation strategy (BASN - Boeing Aggregated Standards Network and BRMS - Boeing Raw Material Strategy).
- Leads the project management the onboarding of new suppliers into Aggregation Strategies.
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
- Provides operational support to Boeing’s supply chain partners.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
- 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership with strong communication and presenting skills.
- 5+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years or experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment.
- 5+ years of experience working in cross functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $85,000- $99,000.
