Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to join our Global Supply Chain team in Puget Sound, WA!
As a Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will leverage data analysis and strategic insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain.
Successful candidates will possess skills in data analysis, forecasting, and supply and/or demand troubleshooting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support our mission to deliver world-class aircraft. Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA Airplane Programs
Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributes
Verifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues
Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and services
Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations
Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
2+ years of experience working with Supply Chain practices and processes
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
2+ years experience in logistics and/or inventory management
2+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
3+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies

This position is primarily on 1st shift but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.
Salary Range:
$70,000-82,000 (Level 2)
$86,000-$101,000 (Level 3)
