Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our 777 Supply Chain SCMA team in Everett, WA.

Exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory alongside the product this role will directly support. Whether you are currently working in supply chain or looking to make a change - this role will bring candidates into the complex and challenging world of demand management, program integration and supply chain analysis.

The 777 Program Supply Chain Team is recruiting a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our organization. This role will work with CIR team on demand management, inventory management and value stream integration. The position will focus on Data alignment and analysis to maintain Supply Chain Integrity for CIR, additionally will develop and supply data for reports and KPI metrics.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Supply Chain Management Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions

• Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain

• Analyzes complex material requirements

• Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan

• Determines part number attributes

• Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability

• Ensures on-time delivery

• Documents and resolves order delinquencies

• Reports schedule adherence issues

• Develops and controls inventory plans

• Optimizes inventory levels

• Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories

• Initiates audits

• Develops and creates schedules for products and services

• Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals

• Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance

• Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes

• 3+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery

• 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives

• Domestic and international travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

• 3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products

• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

• 5+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 86,400 - $101,000

Summary pay range (Level 4): $104,400-$122,000
