Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Supplier Program Management Manager (Level M) to join our Supply Chain Strategy team in Everett, WA.
Lead the team responsible for BCA Supplier Development, Country Strategy Development Category Strategy and Strategy Integration across BCA and the Enterprise. This role is responsible for developing the analysis and recommendations in support of key initiatives. This position will interface with leaders across BCA Supply Chain and Fabrication as well as Boeing International and current and potential future suppliers. Successful applicants will demonstrate ability and experience in building teams, leading from an indirect position, critical thinking and collaboration. The team is based globally so flexible work hours and travel will be required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to supplier program management throughout all contract phases.
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages develop and motivate employees and mid-level managers.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 5+ years of experience with proficiency in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Business Case Analysis, Process Improvement Methods, Project Leadership, Building Positive Relationships, and/or Analytical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
- Domestic and international travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- 5+ years of experience with inventory management or supply chain processes and techniques
- 5+ years of experience working in a global environment

Summary pay range (Level M) - $173,700 - $203.600
