Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst (level 3) to join the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Operations Integration team in Everett, WA.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive business support to organizational leadership while helping drive employee initiatives and strategic alignment with executive leaders. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in facilitating key meetings, managing staffing plans, and contributing to project execution.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with superintendents and finance focals on staffing and headcount management, ensuring alignment with budget forecasts and skill requirements.
- Assisting in planning management cadence and operating rhythm
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Helps foster improvements to business management processes and best practices
- Assists with execution for leadership priority projects
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials.
- May coordinate and facilitate special initiatives on behalf of the leadership team
- Heavy cross functional coordination with leaders and teams inside and outside of organization
- Assists with any general business requirements as necessary
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Senior Leadership
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Experience performing in a change management, program management, or business operations role
- Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
- Experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex projects
- Experience with staffing and resource quantity to meet requirements
- 5+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $81,000 - $87,000
