The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; El Segundo, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Miami, FL; Berkeley, MO; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park, PA; North Charleston, SC; Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA.
This individual will lead and deliver integrated security and fire protection programs that improve operational readiness, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value across the enterprise.
This role combines hands-on project management of security and fire systems with a service-integration mindset designing repeatable, scalable service offerings, integrating multi-vendor solutions, and operating to defined service-levels.
This individual will leverage modern security technology, measurable health and value metrics, and the Microsoft 365 (MS365) productivity suite to coordinate cross-functional teams and continuously improve capability.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end projects for security and fire capabilities with service-integration principles including standardized processes, single-pane operations, and service catalogs
Facilitate security technology solutions that enhance capabilities and support future-state operations
Establish, track, and report metrics for system health, operational performance, and business value
Use metrics to drive continuous improvement
Utilize Microsoft 365 (MS365) Teams, Planner, Project, SharePoint, Power Business Intelligence (BI) to run projects, manage documentation, automate workflows, and create dashboards for stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure security and fire resiliency, and regulatory compliance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
1+ years of experience working in the private and/or government sector in security, fire protection, law enforcement, medical response, or emergency preparedness
1+ years of experience developing and managing metrics
1+ years of experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with design of service catalogs, runbooks, and continuous service improvement
Experience presenting technical status and value to technical and executive audiences
Experience with Microsoft 365 (MS365) Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Project, and Power Business Intelligence (BI)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $100,300 - $156,400
