Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst Lead to support the KC-46 Boom Shop in Everett, WA!

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzes and interprets data for the program
• Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment 
• 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting in a manufacturing environment or Production operations
• 5+ years of experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
• 5+ years of experience with implementing strategies and plans under general direction
• 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or managing projects
• Experience working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives
• Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality 
• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $119,000 – $161,000
