Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst Lead to support the KC-46 Boom Shop in Everett, WA!
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data for the program
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting in a manufacturing environment or Production operations
- 5+ years of experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
- 5+ years of experience with implementing strategies and plans under general direction
- 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or managing projects
- Experience working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives
- Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Summary pay range: $119,000 – $161,000
