Boeing has an immediate need for a Senior IT Business Partner (Supply Chain) at our Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; or Seattle, WA location.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates directly with BCA Supply Chain to understand problems or initiatives and represents the business and function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality.
Partner with IDT&S functions, business partner leaders, and product leaders to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise and business unit priorities and key business outcomes
Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function.
Ensure performance to plan across key strategies and transformation initiative and maintain senior executive level communications regarding priorities and value delivery
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
As a member of the leadership team, actively demonstrate Seek, Speak, and Listen habits to strengthen organizational culture and remove roadblocks
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience within Information Technology
5+ years of experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross business domains with executive interface experience
3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience interacting with mechanics (i.e. airplane) and related functions to solve technical issues
Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that includes engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality
Experience with Program, Project or Product Management Best Practices
Experience dealing with a variety of users, from mechanics and techs to Vice Presidents of Programs and manufacturing
Experience putting key initiatives into operation that have produced significant productivity and efficiency gains for an organization or program
Excellent verbal and written skills

Summary pay range for Senior Level: $128,350 - $173,650
