Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is looking for two Senior Human Resources Business Partners to join our team in Everett, WA. As strategic HR partners, you’ll partner with leadership to design and deliver talent strategies, drive performance and engagement, and advise on complex employee relations matters. Each position reports to the 767/777 & Everett Site HR Director and will be accountable for one of two distinct areas: the Everett Delivery Center or 777x Change Incorporation & Refurbishment.
Critical thinking and innovative problem solving along with active participation in business planning and decisions are needed to be successful. This individual will integrate HR Solutions with broader Airplane Program strategies and tactics driving towards standards and keeping a focus on employee engagement and overall experience. Broad focus on workforce strategy, plans for rate readiness, total rewards and incentives, culture, talent management and building capabilities of our leaders along with overall business success is key. This role builds cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with Program HR, enterprise functional partners, and business leaders. You will work with a team of HR professionals to integrate and implement solutions to reduce complexities using lean principles with a focus on safety and quality. Lastly, this role will focus on achieving organizational goals to deliver business results and commitments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
- Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
- Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
- Lead resource management, skills utilization, and forecasting of current and future Workforce requirements across the BCA function
- Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others
- Coach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
- Lead and mentor HR generalist within the Everett Site HR team and broader HR network
- Works with minimal supervision as a trusted HR advisor; strong judgment and decisive decision making required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher and/or Human Resources Certification
- 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Experience with hourly and union workforce
- Experience analyzing data and metrics and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders
- Experience with software tools such as Tableau and Excel (pivot tables)
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
- Experience with Boeing Production Systems (BPS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $137,700 - $202,500
