The Boeing Company’s Labor Relations organization is currently seeking a Senior Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Case Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.
The selected individual will provide a wide range of dispute and resolution procedures that allow employers to offer employees fair, cost-effective, and private forums to resolve workplace disputes.
The ideal applicant will have a broad range of experience covering the areas of human resources, positive employee relations and employee engagement. The selected candidate for this position will demonstrate proactive approaches to identifying issues, generating ideas and developing solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitates an internal process and environment for nonunion, non-management employees to voice workplace issues
- Contributes to minimizing workplace disruption and employee stress by helping employees resolve disputes with management
- Builds a culture of trust and provide an environment free from retaliation
- Provides a format to encourage employees to reach solutions through collaboration and mediation
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
- 3+ years of experience with HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
- 3+ years of experience with dispute resolution or mediation
- Experience with data/metrics and analytical skills
- Experience in case management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $97,750 - $153,750
