Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Systems Specialists based out of Everett, WA to support the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center Quality (ESRC) System team.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Experienced (Level 3) Quality Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:
Oversees the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes
Guides or provides assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance
Verifies the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field
Oversees the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System
Provides oversight of the corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion
Review of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes
Creates formal analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution
Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.
Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program
Quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
1+ years of experience preparing and delivering a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to leadership or a customer group
1+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
1+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
1+ years of experience in leading or managing Corrective Actions or Root Cause Analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience (Level 3)
1+ years of experience in project management
1+ years of experience working with Tableau
1+ years of experience in working on defect reduction strategies within a cross-functional environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $72,250 - $97,750
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $86,700 - $117,300
