Position summary
BCA Manufacturing and Safety Lean, Compliance and Digital are seeking a mid‑level Project Manager to lead delivery and coordination across a portfolio of business product managers working on enterprise software products. The role combines program execution, stakeholder management, process improvement, and data‑driven reporting to ensure product initiatives meet scope, schedule, quality, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent product initiatives across a portfolio of software products.
Serve as the primary program point of contact between product managers, engineering, UX, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
Maintain and evolve program plans, roadmaps, dependency maps, and risk registries; ensure alignment across product managers.
Drive cross‑team ceremonies (program planning, backlog syncs, release planning, retrospectives) and ensure outcomes and action items are tracked to completion.
Monitor progress against milestones and SLAs; proactively identify and remove impediments.
Implement and champion consistent delivery processes, tooling best practices, and reporting standards for the product manager community.
Facilitate stakeholder communication: prepare and present status updates, highlight risks/decisions, and escalate as needed.
Manage change requests and scope adjustments, assessing impacts to schedule, budget, and resourcing.
Track and analyze delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, predictability, release stability, feature throughput) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support capacity planning, resource coordination, and vendor or contractor coordination when required.
Mentor and support product managers on program execution topics and maturation of delivery practices.
Required qualifications
3–6 years of project/program management experience in software delivery or digital product environments.
Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple product teams or managing a portfolio of initiatives.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and changes in a complex technical environment.
Familiarity with common product and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, roadmap tools) and ability to synthesize information for leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred qualifications
Project Management certification (PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM) or equivalent training.
Experience with metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build dashboards and reports.
Background working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations.
Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, defense, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
Prior experience mentoring or coaching product managers.

Summary: $ 98,500 - $ 115,00
