Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Project Management Specialist to join the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Strategic Initiatives team in Everett, WA.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. Project Management examples for the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Strategic Initiatives Team could include supporting Analytics, Business Management, Logistics, Motive Equipment Operations, Overhead / Crane / Site Support and Product Movement, Equipment Services, Tool Construction, Lean, and 737 North Line implementation.

Position Responsibilities:
Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
1+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership
1 + years of experience in a role that required effective time management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills
1 + years of experience in project management (supporting diverse programs and projects) with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
1 + years of experience developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in a Business Operations or Project/Program Management role
Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, including managing multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with Microsoft Project Web Application
Experience with Tableau

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $78,300-$91,500
Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $99,000-$115,000
