Product & Service Quality Manager (Products & Services Leadership)

Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) is seeking candidates that have extensive electrical knowledge of the airplane. The ideal candidate would have a degree and have managed employees in either Engineering or Quality, have line Quality experience and be a SME with QMS knowledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
• Quality management position can be shift variable and is onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in quality or manufacturing. (This includes managing team assignments, tracking status and developing a team’s talent.)
• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
• Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience in quality leadership
• Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
• Experience working in Delivery Centers, Final Assembly Production, and/or Fabrication division

Summary pay range: $122,00-$149,600/Annually
