Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Materials: Titanium, Steel & Aluminum team in Everett, WA.
The selected candidate will be working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the SC organization. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
As an integral member of the SC Materials: Titanium, Steel & Aluminum team, the Procurement Analyst will provide support to external suppliers and internal organizations through their supply chain knowledge, with a focus on development programs and internal metrics management. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to efficiently and effectively achieve development program milestones.
Our team is currently hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Measures key performance indicators.
- Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Prepares reports.
- Reviews procurement/planning systems.
- Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
- Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
- Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
- Communicates project objectives and activities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams
- 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 76,500 - $ 88,850
Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 96,300 - $111,850
