Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our Supply Chain Primary Structures: North America, Europe, Middle East and India Contracts team in Everett, WA.
Join the North America, Europe, Middle East, and India Contracts team in Supply Chain Primary Structures. In this role you will be working with dynamic suppliers that provide Boeing with complex major assemblies across BCA product portfolio. Primary duties include managing internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating cost, terms & conditions, and adherence to affordability and financial goals and objectives. The individual will also maintain supplier contracts and statements of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Our team is hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:
- Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher or commensurate experience
- 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and performing complex contracts and subcontracts
- 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
- 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills
- 3+ years of experience developing and mentoring to, procurement process lifecycle
- 3+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (remove if not a multi-level req)

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 68,400 - $ 79,500
Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 84,600 - $ 98.250
