Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) – Materials & Standards Organization is seeking Operations Procurement Agents to join our Forgings team. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day by ensuring supplier delivery and quality. You’ll be on the front lines of the supply chain, managing the production of forgings from raw materials to finished components.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling our organization to streamline systems, refine processes, and operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The scope includes standard supply chain management functions, data analysis, forecasting, demand troubleshooting, and more.
You’ll also gain broad visibility across Boeing and have the opportunity to collaborate with our vast network of experts, global sites, and diverse business units to grow, innovate, and achieve your goals.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level or Senior Level Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities:
- Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
- 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain processes
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (including college, technical school, certifications, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of experience using ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 84,600 - $ 98,250
Summary pay range (Level 4): $108,000 - $124,400
