The Boeing Company is looking for a Lead Program Administrator to join our Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) team in one of the following locations: Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; El Segundo, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; North Charleston, SC; Philadelphia, PA; or Berkeley, MO.
This role administers the Mechanical and Structural Talent Engagement Program (MSTEP) for the Mechanical and Structural Engineering (MSE) Function and provides support to our engineering senior manager in skill development strategy, to enhance immersive and experiential learning opportunities. MSTEP is a program to accelerate the development of future technical and managerial engineering leaders in MSE. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to strategically partner with Engineering leaders to develop, manage and leverage MSTEP, and to support MSTEP participants in their 2-year journey through the program. The program has been expanding out across the Enterprise at global sites and other functions. This role will be leading the replication and expansion of the program to other functions. This role will also be responsible for supporting our senior manager in identifying business specific learning objectives and adapting content and delivery methods to shape the future of the Mechanical & Structural Engineering function.
Position Responsibilities:
Program oversight and execution of MSTEP strategy, communications, and all deliverables associated such as but not limited to application/selection process, roadshows, event logistics (orientation, the annual MSTEP Summit (face-to-face), graduation)
Strategic Thought Partner to MSTEP Steering Committee and Functional Chief Engineer Leadership Team
Foster and Cultivate relationships with other stakeholders, such as peer FCEs and other Engineering leaders
Develop reports, presentations and communications for senior and executive leadership
Responsible for large event planning and execution including but not limited to room/audio/visuals/layouts/presentations/giveaways
Serve as primary point of contact for MSTEP participants, alumni, partners, and the Executive Advisory Council, ensuring responsive service delivery
Lead development offerings, support content reviews and instructional materials
Defines & deploys skill development scope and recommend deliverables and resources for training & development
Developing university student engagement experiential opportunities to attract new talent
Ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites, Power Apps) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identifications and resolutions
Ability and competency in time management, executing multiple activities and action plans simultaneously
Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and provide recommendations from appropriate data sources
Strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promote ideas with enthusiasm, conviction, and assertiveness
Effectively plan what is to be achieved and involve all relevant stakeholders
Anticipate important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations
Demonstrate the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions
Demonstrate ability to monitor progress and to make changes, as required
Ability to use extensive and well recognized expertise in a wide variety of areas related to industry and program/product/process workings to provide learning services to organizations
Ability to work independently
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
10 years related work experience
Willingness to work travel domestically up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities
Experience coaching, mentoring and providing developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance within their organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $113,050 - $163,300
