Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Lead Procurement Agent (Level 5) to join our Secondary Structures team in Everett, Washington.
This position will lead and execute high complexity, high visibility, high impact operations activities across the Structures procurement commodity interfacing with key domestic and international suppliers. The responsibilities include leading Structures procurement teams developing strategies to attain on time delivery and quality performance ensuring continued progress supporting supplier and organizational get to gold strategies for the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain team. We are seeking individuals who can also act as a formal mentor and Subject Matter Expert for the Structures commodity with a focus and emphasis on process, compliance, strategy, and career development.
The desired candidate is a high performing Procurement Agent, well versed in BCA Supply Chain processes and tools including extensive experience working and developing high visibility recovery plans with BCA Suppliers.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies for the structures organization to support work statement such as work transfers and high visibility complex supplier recoveries.
Develops and executes company business goals and objectives in an effort to attain on time delivery and quality performance ensuring continued progress supporting supplier and organizational get to gold strategies.
Consults on proposal analyses and development strategies to increase production system stability.
Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Provides overall training and mentoring to increase the knowledge base of the Structure Procurement Organization.
Develops organizational and supplier improvement plans to strategically implement/increase supplier quality performance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
10+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Proficient in presenting to Executive leadership
Proficient with high visibility work transfers/cross loads

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $133,200-$154,500
