The Boeing Company is seeking a Financial Analyst (Associate or Mid‑Level) to join the team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to support the high‑visibility KC‑46 Tanker program.
A successful candidate will be a proactive self‑starter who collaborates effectively and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments using financial and business knowledge and experience
Build relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results
Prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables (e.g., IPMDAR, CSDR)
Support the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Support Estimate to Budget Baselines
This position requires the ability to work on-site at our Everett, Washington facility
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in finance related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices
Knowledge of the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $68,850 - $93,150
Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level 3): $85,000 - $115,000
