Engineering & Technology Innovation (B&TI) is looking for a Experienced Project Management Specialist to support the Engineering Technical Development organization and Technical Development projects and initiatives that span across Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T).
A successful candidate has strong communication skills, follows through, and builds strong, positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. This role will work closely with the Functional Chief Engineer (FCE) offices and business unit and operating group engineering partners
Position Responsibilities:
Support of projects related to the Engineering Technical Excellence portfolio, including the Boeing Technical Fellowship, Technical Lead Engineer, and Engineering Development and Technical Exchange (EDGE) event planning
Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Prepares data for recurring scorecard updates and program reviews for executive leadership
Manages the development of command media, digital tools, and process definition for the Technical Excellence organization
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
Experience with workforce or people development initiatives
Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, to include managing multiple priorities

Summary Pay Range: $94,350 - $136,850
