The 777 Interiors Team is looking for an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA. The selected candidate will be working with Customer Introduction Projects to help the team manage schedules and risk, issues and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads cross-functional projects in support of the entire lifecycle of the airplane in support of the Interiors Engineering Team
Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry
Develops and executes project and process plans and sets project targets
Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers
May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers
Prepare, identify and present outcomes, assessments, corrective action initiatives and lessons learned
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in a Project Management position or a similar roles.
3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced (level 3): 101,000 - $137,000
