The Boeing Company is seeking an Engineering Operations Senior Manager to join the BCA Digital Engineering team in Everett, Washington.
The successful candidate will have engineering program management skills and experience with BCA Airplane Programs, BCA Engineering Processes, Boeing Production System Change Processes, and process improvement / lean methodologies. The candidate will have the ability to lead and influence other organizations (programs, functions) and ability to take ambiguous and complex topics and clearly communicate intent, plan and drive outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
- Functional leader for BCA Engineering Operations
- Intentionally designing how Engineering operates across functions and programs.
- Model current engineering performance to define metrics and lead key improvement projects to transform engineering performance
- Lead our Engineering operations in a common data driven approach. Including metrics, BPS, process improvement, data driven leadership, cross program / cross function improvements and challenges.
- Develop and execute on people strategy (training, mentoring, coaching, skill management)
- Strong understanding of rate readiness and program processes
- Interface with the functional organizations to provide program perspective and share their guidance and direction with the program
- Partner with all the Program IPTs Integration Senior Managers to leverage best practices and implement executive direction across the program.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline
- 3+ years of experience in leading/managing engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Prior program experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
- Proven ability to lead with digital and data acumen, as well as a key understanding of current engineering processes, such as change, design certification, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.
- Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.
- Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $156,400 - $211,600
