The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Procurement Financial Analyst to join the Supply Chain organization in Auburn, Everett or Renton, WA.
Come join our dynamic Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain Finance team, where you will engage in a variety of activities in support of procurement initiatives. Anticipating the needs of our customers is what sets Boeing apart. Position Responsibilities:
Conducts routine cost/price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric models
Gathers data for use in price negotiations
Prepares pricing instructions, matrices and bid instructions for less complex Request for Quote/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP)
Applies quantitative analysis to supplier contracting activities in the development of less complex pricing models
Conducts routine financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systems
Develops discrete estimates from historical data, parametric analysis and technical requirement
Prepares less complex Priced Bill of Material estimates
Supports risk and opportunity analysis
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related role
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings or doing business case analysis (i.e. Return on Investment, Cost/Benefit)
Experience building cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with analytics and data visualization
Ability to learn complex systems and take constructive feedback from others
Ability to use large amounts of data with accuracy to drive strategic decisions/recommendations
Ability to comprehend supply chain operations from raw material to final product
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $70,550 - $95,450
