Regional Pre-sales Manager – Latin America
The Jeppesen ForeFlight Global Presales organization is comprised of regional teams that conduct pre-sales activities, opportunity and account planning activities, consultancies, and select post-sale activities to drive business growth and help customers solve complex problems using our vast portfolio of software solutions. The Regional Pre-sales Manager (RPM) Virtual is responsible for team and execution leadership across the Latin America region. As a key leader in our go-to-market organization, the RPM is an inspirational team leader skilled in driving business growth through priority management, resource management, capacity management, and strategic account management leveraging a team of solution and technical experts to meet customer needs. The RPM partners closely with Sales and Go-to-Market leaders to align pre-sales execution with strategic sales goals.
Job Functions:
- Leads Jeppesen ForeFlight pre-sales activities within the Latin America region.
- Leads as an inspirational people leader, partner, collaborator, and strategic thinker exhibiting an open mindset and the ability to thrive through change management.
- Develops resource plans and strategies to meet regional business needs: recruiting, hiring, and retention plans to ensure capacity for near-term pre-sales demand and long-term sales forecasts.
- Assigns pre-sales resources to customer engagement requests using data and insights while considering business and customer outcomes. Plans for near-term and strategic long-term pre-sales demand.
- Manages and provides status on on-going pre-sales activities within the region.
- Develops and reviews key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and adjusts pre-sales plans to address business needs.
- Uses digital tools to manage and monitor pre-sales account activities, opportunity pipeline, and other supported activities.
- Assists sales leadership in the identification of future sales opportunities.
- Global travel for customer engagements and internal business needs (~20%), primarily in Latin America.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years experience leading sales, pre-sales, services, or product teams.
- Prior experience leading teams in support of airline, aviation, or aerospace customers.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Experience working with SalesForce and related CRM, resource management, customer support, and/or other digital go-to-market enabling tools.
- Prior experience within flight operations, flight deck operations, commercial airline operations, or withing a B2B business supporting airline customers.
- Product knowledge of Jeppesen-ForeFlight solutions.
- Excellent communication skills across team, customer, stakeholder, and executive meeting environments.
- Ability to interact with different cultures and at different leadership levels with ease.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $177,650.00-$240,350.00
