The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA, specializing in RF (Radio Frequency) test equipment to support the development, delivery, and maintenance of advanced special test systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, validating, and verifying test equipment performance to ensure reliable operation in support of production, engineering, and qualification activities.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including an Associate or Mid-level Test and Evaluation Engineer.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with RF and mixed-signal special test equipment
Perform verification and validation (V&V) of new or modified test systems to ensure compliance with technical requirements
Execute test procedures, collect data, and analyze results to confirm system functionality and performance
Collaborate with design, production, and systems engineering teams to ensure test solutions meet program needs
Support integration of hardware and software components within automated test environments
Document test results, validation reports, and troubleshooting findings with clarity and accuracy
Maintain and improve existing test platforms, identifying opportunities for reliability and performance enhancements
Ensure calibration and configuration control of test equipment
Assist in the development of test procedures, workflows, and best practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
2+ years of experience with test instrumentation and/or methods
2+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 3: 5+ years of experience with test instrumentation and/or methods
Experience in RF (radio frequency) testing
Good teammate, able to work in collaborative environment
Strong communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Associate Level: $90,950 - $123,050
Summary pay range Mid-Level: $111,350 - $150,650
