Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)
• Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements for emergent escalations
• Advise customers regarding order status, changes or improvements in Customer Escalation.
• Act as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive a solution to support customer hard grounded aircraft situation
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plan
• Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity
• Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
• Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
• Use multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for Customer Escalation requirements
• Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of work experience in a supply chain related role
• Experience with schedule software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, and/or similar ERP systems)
• 1+ years of experience working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working as a Supply Chain Specialist  
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

 

Summary pay range: $66,000.00 - $93,000.00
