Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
- Gather and review data for use in supplier performance evaluations
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues
- Provide support in the development of mitigation plans
- Deploy operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance
- Support the development and implementation of supplier project plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in in Supply Chain, Order Management, Supplier Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with Executive and Senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in Procurement utilizing standard

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $75,650 - $89,000
