The Boeing Global Services Supply Chain team is seeking a proactive and driven Associate Inventory Execution Specialist, based out of the Boeing facility in Dallas, TX. This individual will be a part of the Execution organization supporting the Landing Gear Exchange Program. The predominate responsibility of this role is to ensure suppliers have required inventory to meet customer commitments. This individual will collaborate closely with various functions in the Supply Chain value stream to ensure we proactively plan for future requirements and rapidly resolve supplier shortage needs. They will also manage inventory levels in SAP and ensure clean and accurate data. In addition, we are looking for someone who has experience with process improvement, standardization and documentation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner & cross collaborate with supply chain value stream functions to ensure proactive planning & mitigate supplier requirements
- Manage inventory levels in SAP to ensure clean & accurate data
- Contribute to team process improvement, standardization & documentation
- Data analysis & management
- Mitigate risks and issues.
- Dedication to meet customer commitments
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- At least 1 years of supply chain inventory or operations management experience
- At least 1 years of process improvement / development experience
- At least 1 years SAP experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience exercising critical thinking & problem solving
- Communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
- At least 2 years of supply chain inventory or operations management experience
- Experience in data or business analysis
- Experience in forecasting and asset management
- Procurement experience
- Strong organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $83,700 - $97,650
