As a BDA Training Developer, you will provide a varying level of technical insight and analysis in support of Learning Management Package (LMP) implementation in accordance with the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).
Team members work as an imbedded workforce to support the customer's personnel training requirements within but not limited to the Apache, Chinook and/or Black Hawk Programs. This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity whereby we, as a customer focused team:
- Play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of LMPs to enable the development of impactful learning experiences for current and future training methodologies.
- Required to work closely with Platform Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for technical data, documentation is structured, formatted, and produced in compliance with relevant policy and standards.
- Shall be responsive to the Army Aviation Training Centre, any International Traffic in Arms or Intellectual Property constraints.
This role is based onsite at Swartz Barracks, Oakey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training design duties as per the SADL
- Implement amendments IAW AAvnTC Standard Operating Processes (SOPs)
- Manage assessments
- Maintain assigned LMPs
- Adhere to AAvnTC policies and procedures
- Provide SME training design advice
- Liaise with LMP stakeholders
- Any task as directed by SO1 Workforce & Training Branch (W&TB).
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Experience in training design and development
- Possess a working knowledge of the SADL process.
Desirable:
- Possess a working knowledge and experience in the LMPSS program.
- Experience in PMKeyS PD&T and completed required CAMPUS courses to gain PMKeyS PD&T access.
- Army Aviation experience.
Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain a Baseline security clearance as per Department of Defence requirements.
