The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to join our Total Rewards organization and provide real-time consultation to Boeing enterprise, Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) business unit and Total Rewards leaders and teammates for all areas within Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits). In addition, the role will support other business units and functions across the enterprise as needed. This position can be located in Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seattle, WA; Kennedy Space Center, FL or Huntsville, AL.
In this role, you will partner with the Total Rewards Compensation and Benefits strategy and delivery teams to develop Total Rewards strategies and solutions and lead their deployment across the Boeing enterprise and within BDS. This is a critical role in which you will develop holistic compensation and benefit solutions and proactively share insights and anticipate future trends to ensure Total Rewards programs and plans are outcome driven, market competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels.
This position will collaborate with the various Total Rewards and HR teams in preparation for deployment of Job Classification, Job Structures, Pay Practices and Incentive processes that align with the Global Compensation philosophy.
Position Responsibilities:
- Act as Total Rewards liaison across BDS
- Provide voice of the business input to Total Rewards strategy and process teams regarding strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards
- Partner to help identify, develop, maintain, and administer Total Rewards solutions
- Conduct analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to market
- Develop pay positioning guidelines by evaluating jobs to establish externally competitive and internally equitable compensation rates
- Support execution of Total Rewards programs and processes
- Provide internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters
- Lead and direct work initiatives and projects within Total Rewards and BDS Total Rewards team, as needed
- Communicate, educate and train Total Rewards Partners and business partners on Total Rewards matters
- Provide internal consulting services as a subject matter expert on the Annual Compensation Review, salary offers and job changes
- Advocate, communicate, educate and train HR and the business on compensation and benefits strategy and processes
- Consult on incentive design for enhancing performance Consults and collaborate with other HR groups to help educate and train HR and Business leaders on Total Rewards matters
- Identify requirements, obtain data, perform analysis and create presentations and business cases that identify issues and solutions
- Review and approve salary management and other pay recommendations to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies, market competitiveness and regulatory requirements
- Influence development of Global Compensation and Benefits strategic policy and program design
- Ability to travel 25%
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation
- 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, and/or support of compensation or rewards programs
- 5+ years of experience leveraging data analytics methods to solve complex problems
- Experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Possess one or more of the following certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR
- Experience with the Workday HR Management System

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $134,300 - $211,250
