Boeing Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Senior Manager to join the Government Services HR team in Berkeley, MO.
The Boeing Global Services Government Services (BGS-G) organization is a growing business spanning approximately 6,000 hard-lined teammates across the globe. This position will have responsibility to lead a high performing HR team responsible for driving exceptional business results through cross-functional collaboration, employee engagement and execution of HR strategies and solutions (aligned to business goals and scorecard) for Government Services teammates around the world.
Position Responsibilities:
- Enable Business Growth and Execution by developing and delivering proactive and innovative HR Solutions
- Create and Foster Global Government Services Culture, partnering with leaders to drive survey action and results
- Advance and Accelerate leadership impact across our approximately 500 managers in BGS-G
- Serve as a coach and partner to strengthen the HR team
- Serve as primary delegate to the BGS-G HR director role, partnering with the broader BGS-G leadership team when required
- Champion the Boeing Values everyday
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior business leaders
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher and/or Human Resources Certification
- 5+ years of experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP partnering with vice-presidents
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 3+ years of experience leading direct reports
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries with emphasis on Boeing Global engagement
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships
- Experience driving transformation and organization design

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $182,750 - $247,250
