Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Operations Program Analyst to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO!
The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc
- Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries
- Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes
- Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes
- Supports business unit level operating plans
- Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives
- Performs production proposal activities
- Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts
- Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency
- Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years’ experience with Lean principals and experience with process optimization methodologies
- 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
- 3+ years’ experience observing, collecting, and analyzing data in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to compile and present reports of a technical nature
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to cross-functional partners, including senior and/or executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience on the F-15 program
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $79,050 – $106,950
