The Boeing Company’s Corporate Communications team is seeking an Executive Office Administrator (EOA) to join its defense and space business supporting the team in Berkeley, MO or Arlington, VA. We are looking for a broad range of experience including Executive Office Administration for multiple senior-level leaders and an interest in communications and brand.
This role will support several executives, providing planning and logistics support for internal and external meetings and events, providing purchasing and procurement support for the BDS Communications team, supporting team operations, and working closely with other Executive Office Administrators and teammates across BDS, the Communications team, and the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will be highly capable with Outlook calendar management, travel and expense coordination and reporting, supply ordering, and the Microsoft Office software suite, and will be experienced with – or open to learning – advanced Communications planning tools, including those enabled by artificial intelligence. Successful candidates are well organized, possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion, team well with others, can operate in fast-paced environments, and have experience supporting a global team. Additionally, they will be proactive, demonstrate a robust attention to detail and ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively. They can also quickly familiarize themselves at a high level with new issues, as well as pivot from supporting work from one issue to the next.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate positive working relationships at all levels, with strong collaboration, communication and people skills. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes and plans events including agendas, meeting spaces, badging, transportation and other logistics for meetings, media tours, and video and photo shoots at Boeing facilities
- Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information; manages business processes (i.e. PRO-6), vendor coordination and invoicing
- Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences; tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations
- Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication such as announcements, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and notes utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint and AI-enabled tools
- Maintains office supplies, distribution lists, group calendars and Boeing files and applications; manages and coordinates branded assets such as banners and signage
- Coordinates domestic and international business travel, monitors traveler logistics, generates expense reports, and reconciles corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Works outside of normal business hours on occasion to support statement of work
- Promotes teamwork and contributes value-added ideas to the team; works under limited supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers and staff members
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with written and verbal communication across global audiences, including experience in Communications and Brand
- Experience in partnering with executives to help develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
- Experience creating and sustaining effective working relationships with internal coworkers, executives and external audiences and partners while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program
- Experience functioning as a liaison between customers and senior executives as well as superior work prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail, self-starter, results driven

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $72,250 - $$104,650
