The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Administration Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO.
This position will support Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services-Government (BGS-G) deliveries. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts and modifications to ensure delivery requirements are accurate. This includes reviews of the schedule of supplies or services, inspection and acceptance, method of delivery, shipping instructions and more. The candidate will be responsible for completing appropriate delivery documentations to support On-Time Deliveries to our customers. These documents include DD250s and Certificates of Conformance. The successful candidate will demonstrate aptitude in the Delivery Management Tool, Common Contracts System, Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
Position Responsibilities:
Maintains the Delivery Management Tool to maintain accurate status of customer deliveries
Coordinates with Finance functions, conducts meetings pertaining to deliveries, and interfaces with the customer
Exercises appropriate signature authority, and negotiates standard agreements utilizing approved contract terms and conditions
Supports the research and drafting of proposal and contractual language supporting the product or service, delivery processes and conducts document reviews
Participates in the development, documentation and execution of business plans
Supports due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure implementation of contracting policies and practices
Supports auditor requests, identifies data for audit activities and identifies issues, assists in development of corrective actions and implementation of solutions
Participates in the assessment of process risks and control adequacy
Maintains business processes and data integrity
Supports documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements and command media
Monitors, reconciles and ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations
Supports special requests for approval and exception, provides contract performance status and performs contract closeout activities
Coordinates with other internal functional disciplines
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience with government contracts
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Experience utilizing strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $73,100 – $98,900
