Boeing India Private Ltd. is currently seeking a high performing S&F Protection Multi Op Spec (S&FP Operations) to join our team. Candidate must be adaptive and quick learner. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

• The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Under the direction of the Site Security Manager, manage and conduct all routine activities related to material transactions at the BIETC Campus
• Maintain and implement all relevant policies, plans, and procedures related to material management at the BIETC Campus 
• Coordinate and maintain relationship with designated stakeholders
• On a daily and/or as needs basis, conduct the following activities:
• Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
• Ensure data protection in compliance with Boeing Information Protection guidelines
• Conducting assessments to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials
• Focus on sourcing and purchasing security-related goods and services.
• Ensures cost-effective procurement aligned with budget constraints
• Manages inventory, transportation, and budget tracking.
• Responsible for tracking and managing security assets and materials.
• Oversee the movement and storage of security equipment and materials
• Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies
• Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups
• Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems
• Provide support to other security activities as required
• Controls and monitors material usage and budget adherence within the security department.
• Tracking and monitoring of budget allocated and generate comparative analysis and MIS

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Prior practical experience of handling material management applications.
• Detailed knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent typing abilities
• Languages – Fluent in Hindi and English (essential) and Kannada (desirable) 
• Proficient in producing written plans and an effective and a confident and effective communicator
• Basic experience of handling security operations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically, 4-8 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc.), preferred, but not required.

This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
