Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Specialist to join the FAB Core Quality Team located in Auburn, WA.
In this role, the ideal candidate will have a passion for staffing and finance, serving as the staffing focal for twenty-one Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) in Fabrication. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize staffing processes, support strategic planning initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams in developing effective policies and procedures, all while ensuring compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Serves as the staffing focal for twenty-one Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) in Fabrication
Acts as the focal for Adaptive Planning initiatives
Develops standardized processes to streamline the collection and management of staffing data needed to support various planning activities
Leverages data-driven insights to support informed decision-making
Develops quality budgets and cost estimates
Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to ensure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions
Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite Auburn, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to gather, format, and manipulate data for the purpose of performing both business related and technical analysis
2+ years of experience in staffing/hiring plans
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role
2+ years of experience working with Tableau
Finance or Industrial Engineering background
Experience tracking and reporting financial plans (risks, staffing/headcount, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $107,100 - $144,900
