Boeing Security & Fire Operations (S&FO) is seeking a Senior Multi-Operations Specialist with an Emergency Management focus, to lead and enhance our Emergency Preparedness and Response Program supporting multi-site Boeing Security & Fire Operations sites including Salt Lake City, UT, Helena, MO, Portland, OR and will work out of Auburn, WA.
This position serves as the primary authority on emergency management, leveraging advanced skills and experience to protect life, property, information, and product in a dynamic environment.
The role also supports physical security and fire protection activities, ensuring seamless integration of safety, security, and prevention protocols.

Position Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage the site Emergency management program, ensuring compliance with Boeing policies, industry best practices, and federal and state regulations
Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency plans, including risk assessments, hazard-specific plans, and contingency strategies
Evaluate program health, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements
Serve as the site incident management facilitator, ensuring effective coordination between business units, jurisdictional partners, and regional stakeholders
Oversee the activation and operations of the site Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
Develop and lead drills and exercises, including table-top and full-scale scenarios, to ensure readiness for various incident types
Deliver training to employees, building safety teams, and site leadership, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience
Provide guidance and education on the National Incident Management System (NIMS), including required training and its integration to private sector environments
Act as a subject matter expert for evacuation procedures, employee roles, incident command systems and other emergency management program elements
Partner with local, state, and federal emergency management partners to align and collaborate where appropriate
Coordinate with site physical security teams to ensure integration of emergency response, security, and fire operations
Support cross-functional efforts to standardize and strengthen emergency management programs throughout the region and Enterprise
Assist in developing and implementing physical security strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the overall safety of personnel and assets
Provide emergency management subject matter expertise to security operations projects, including access control, surveillance, and fire protection systems
Participate as a multi-site Boeing Security & Fire Operations locations Threat Management Team member
Support Site security functions as needed
Participate in Site Assessments – Supplier Quality Assurance/Personnel Security Questionnaire (SQA/PSQ) to align with company policies & procedures, ensuring the site is inspection ready at all times
Represent security as a focal on contracts and projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency management inquiries and program updates
Communicate program objectives and progress to senior leadership, employees, and external partners
Mentor and coach security operations and incident management team members, fostering professional growth and expertise within the organization
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Emergency Management
Experience with Emergency Response Strategy and Tactics
Experience working in the National Incident Response Management System (NIMS)
Experience leading and executing emergency management initiatives in a corporate or government setting
Completed National Incident Management System training classes 100, 200, 700, and 800
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Associate Emergency Manager (AEM), Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), or another state/organizational equivalent
Experience managing multi-site emergency management programs
Experience developing and implementing process improvements and strategic initiatives
Experience in presenting presentations
Experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
Experience in physical security operations or fire protection systems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $105,850 – $139,150
