Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Equipment Services Manager (Level L) to support the Equipment Services organization in Auburn and Puyallup, Washington. This manager will have oversight of equipment services teams as a part of Equipment, Manufacturing and Tooling Services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing subject areas

• Develops and implements integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Leads, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

• Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (primarily 1st shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or the Boeing Production System (BPS)

• 1+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance services

• 1+ years of experience with facilities management

• 1+ years of experience with equipment maintenance

Shift:

This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $154,800 - $189,200
