Position Responsibilities:
- Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Engage with employees daily on the floor, building relationships and understanding their needs, concerns, and aspirations
- Empower and Support: Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring every employee feels valued and supported
- Drive Employee Engagement: Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture
- Champion Change: Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to shape our HR strategies
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for real-time engagement and solutions
- Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner
- Administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Partner with manufacturing/production managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to understand and deploy HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programs
- Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow-up actions
- Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues
- Identify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
- Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, providing guidance and implementation assistance on company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
- Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and manufacturing operations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 1+ years of experience with project management and project execution
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
- Experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $77,350 - $104,650
