The Boeing Company’s Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) team is seeking a Senior Manager - Supply Chain Sustainability, who will advance our enterprise-wide human rights and product transparency processes to meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs. This position can be located in Arlington, VA; Tukwila, WA; Everett, WA or Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead team to deliver on global compliance obligations; grow and develop talent to meet stakeholder expectations and future company needs
- Lead Boeing’s current supply chain human rights requirement compliance and support compliance readiness to meet emerging global regulations
- Lead Boeing's supply chain sustainability activities including managing the annual enterprise modern slavery statement, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting and future requirements including supply chain-related elements of EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), EU Battery Regulation, and others
- Mature Boeing’s data collection and control practices in support of all supply chain reporting needs, including future regulatory and assurance requirements
- Mature Boeing’s supply chain governance practices in line with emerging regulatory requirements across the globe
- Lead human rights risk identification, management and integration into our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Risk Management (CRM) processes
- Track emerging policy, framework and regulatory changes related to human rights and product transparency, collaborating with internal partners to shape, prepare and respond, as needs arise
- Collaborate externally and internally with cross-industry and enterprise peers to benchmark and share best practices and standard methodologies
- Engage with industry groups

- Ability to apply systems-of-systems concepts to capture and convey complex information and data

- Ability to work with employees across all levels including Senior Leadership/C-Suite members
- Proficient to sophisticated in presentation development/PowerPoint and data analysis/Excel
- Ability to travel up to 25% for the role
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. Currently three or more days in office a week.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability, business management, supply chain, policy development or related field
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or projects
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability, human rights, product transparency, sustainability reporting and/or corporate social responsibility
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master’s Degree or higher in related field
- 10+ years of experience in sustainability, supply chain, human rights, product transparency, sustainability reporting, business management, policy development, and/ or related field
- 10+ years of experience leading teams and/or highly cross-functional projects
- 8+ years of Leadership experience in managing sustainability programs, teams, or sustainability strategies for organizations with global business reach
- Data management/governance; experience with reporting data platforms (e.g. Ecovadis, Workiva, Enablon, etc.)
- Experience assessing regulatory policy, developing advocacy strategies and compliance pathways
- Experience leading a supply chain or human rights program for a global/multi-national company
- Experience with and deep knowledge of regulatory, standards and frameworks related to sustainability reporting and operations (e.g. CS3D, global human rights laws, EUDR, CBAM, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $195,500 - $282,900
