We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the planning, execution, and integration of all Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI initiatives across the enterprise. In this pivotal role, you will focus on unifying GenAI-powered solutions into a cohesive ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency and drives innovation.
As the GenAI Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with product managers, technical leads, and vendor partners to establish standardization, streamline operating rhythms, and implement change management and learning programs. Your efforts will foster adoption and ensure the successful deployment, integration, and scaling of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities throughout the organization.
Additionally, you will champion effective communication and community engagement while developing a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices, continuous improvement, and ongoing education in Generative AI. Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cohesive GenAI program strategy that enhances operational efficiency, innovation, and business value
Drive change management efforts to foster adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including stakeholder engagement, education and user enablement
Design and implement learning and upskilling programs to build GenAI literacy and capabilities across the organization
Champion the development and leadership of a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE)
Lead and execute GenAI hackathons and innovation challenges to foster creativity, accelerate solution development, and engage the broader organization in GenAI adoption
Provide GenAI consultation services to business units and project teams, offering expert guidance on solution design, implementation, and optimization
Collaborate with legal, compliance, global privacy office, cybersecurity, and communications teams to establish and maintain robust GenAI governance, policies, and risk management practices
Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure successful delivery and scaling of GenAI capabilities
Facilitate effective communication and community engagement to build a strong network of GenAI practitioners and advocates
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in program and project management with a proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations
5+ years of experience driving process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across diverse teams
5+ years of experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption strategies
Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, or upskilling programs for new technologies
Experience with risk management, compliance, and working with legal, privacy, and cybersecurity teams on technology governance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience establishing, leading, or scaling a Center of Excellence (CoE) or similar organizational capability
Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or GenAI frameworks

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $134,300 – $209,300
