What You’ll Do

• Support Major Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights for major strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models to predict future performance, supporting budgeting and planning activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:  

Required Education and Years of Experience: 

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Required Qualifications: ​

• 3+ years of Finance experience
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Desired Qualifications: ​

• Experience working with government contracts or in the Intelligence Community 
• Experience with Data Visualization for Financial Models: Create compelling visual representation of financial data and models using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel enabling stakeholders to easily interpret complex information and make informed decisions
• Rate exposure analysis
• JAMIS Software Experience

Telework/Remote Availability:  Hybrid work authorized (minimum 2-3 days onsite)

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$93,000 - $114,000
