Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Training Management Systems (TMS) Scheduler to join our Global Training Engineering team (GTE) located at Altus Air Force Base, OK.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, the scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing simulator schedules while coordinating with instructors and students to resolve scheduling conflicts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a medium- to high-stress environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances as they arise.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage simulator schedules, ensuring full coverage of instructors and support personnel.
• Coordinate with instructors and students to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Create daily and weekly training schedules for aircraft simulators and training devices via the Training Management System (TMS).
• Process, register, and schedule students and instructors efficiently.
• Perform daily updates of scheduling data to accommodate changing conditions and training completion rates.
• Coordinate with the Air Force scheduling office for student flying schedules and continuation training.
• Track and compile student graduations, reporting findings to management.
• Ability to work on site 5 days per week.  This is not a remote role.
• May be asked to support other programs or perform additional duties.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (Interim or Final clearance required post-start) which requires U.S. Citizenship.
• 3+ years ‘experience with networks and network communication protocols.
• Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations management, preferably in a military or aviation training environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Training Management Systems (TMS), as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with instructors, students, and management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 6 + years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CompTIA Network+.
• CompTIA Security+
• Knowledge of SQL database concepts, including merge replication, publications, upgrades, and scripting.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and legacy support.
• Background in website development and administration.
• Proficiency with remote management tools (e.g., Atera).
• Experience with VMware and virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of backup systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy Object (GPO) management.
• Familiarity with Checkpoint Firewalls and network security practices.
• Experience with analog, digital, and VoIP phone systems.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Salary: $43.54 per hour
